Well I recall the photo of you and me being taken, but I just cannot remember where and when?????? Good grief, that was years ago???? Had a few slugs of Ratzeputz since then................

hi max , the whole unit had a few at that event , Tilbury fort , the photo was taken after the unit had its own private battle after the public had gone home , no blanks used , just shouting banana very loudly at the rate of fire for the weapons we had , i had the MG42
it was all going well until someone chucked in a fruit basket and wiped most of us out

Tilbury Fort! Blimey, I think we only did two events at that place for LHA, and the second was my first! It was diabolical, only myself, Tony, the Old Man and you Kurt. The second one was in 2000, so this photo must have been 1999. I seem to recall buying my first item off of you at that event, and I still have it (a size 59 M43 cap from Jankhe). Not the first item I have purchased off of you...

i think it was three events , the last one we had 5 German , 2 Brit para`s , and a few yanks , the show organiser`s still wanted us to do a public battle . , that event was a nightmare .
as for the kit sales , i think there are a lot of re-enactors out there wearing my kit , now to buy it all again

I recall now. The StG and pouches belonged to GH, hence my grin. And oh yes, all those bananas...........
