Social Event - Scotland, November/December 2009

We are having our annual end of year social in Scotland this year. This is to say thanks to those members who travel down from the frozen North to attend our events in the South.

The exact date/travel details are to be confirmed but I hope as many of you as possible will be able to join us for what I hope will be a great w/e.

Well we appear to have a good take-up on our end of year social in bonny Scotland. Hopefully we will have a trip finely balanced between culture, stuff, beer and curry! Huzzah! :mrgreen:

BTW - Frau Kalten is leaving Scotland for that w/e!!! :shock:

Wanted cook for 13/15 Nov 2009 as the wife is packing her bags and doing the off

Will have some friends staying that weekend who will eat anything

The successful applicant will get no wages just our thanks :wink:

Right, now that Obergefreiter Henken has got a travel permit, we are just waiting on tying up the last few details on whom is takin whom, and at what time etc. Details to be posted by email.

Oh! Dumpkopf! Heerwagen, you have been cordially invited to attend this w/e in the frozen norff! I realise it is very last minute, but a lift will could pick you up from Glasgow airport, should you be able to attend. Dates are Fri 13-Sun 15 November.

Sounds like fun and I would like to come. I must check with work as I do not know what my 'Dienstplan' looks like for November and of course availabilty of flights to Glasgow. I will confirm one way or the other within the next few days.

Well thanks to the Herr Hauptfeldwebel for his excellent hospitality at the w/e, and thanks to everyone for their good company too. Good to ketchup with you all, and thanks to Ogef Henken and Gef Deecke for driving.

Personally I found the kit room a little lacking.....
