If anybody is interested Rob Fitos and myself are planning going to RAF Hendon
on the Sunday. If you have not been there or not been for a while it is worth going
for a visit

They have some very interesting German Aircraft including a Stuka
Check out there website and have a read of the history on the JU88

It is very interesting

Well, just a big thanks to all of you who could make the social event this last weekend. I personally had a great time. WW2 stuff followed by beers, all in the company of your mates! I'm just sorry I missed the ruby!

Nice to see you again Nathan, I hope you had a good time. Good to see Hauptfeldwebel Kalten and Stabsgefreiter Heinz make there way down from the frozen norff, and Fusilier Tisserant from the People's Republic of Cornwall. Thanks also to Fusilieren Prien, Deecke, Henken und Muller, ably led by Obergefreiter Beck for there efforts in attending also.

Lots of good things discussed in the evening, with many contributing honest, constuctive debate to what will be an important year for us. We shall continue this theme and hopefully see the best ideas put into practice. Thank you for contributing.

Finally, what a coincidence to be browsing in one of the best military bookshops in London at the same time as the author of the Total Detail "GD" books - I shall treasure the photo I had taken with him!

Just say thanks for a great weekend
Both myself and Rob had a good time and it was good to see you all again
Over the Xmas Rob and I will be working on the mortar repaint and hopefully
get some rounds made up for it and will make sure it will be going to all GD
events
